
Manager, Inclusive Learning & Development
Job Summary
The Manager, Inclusive L&D develops the workforce to foster a culture of Belonging for All and influences adherence to people related regulatory compliance.
This position is based in Leawood, KS and is not eligible for relocation.
What you will be doing:
- Support AMC’s Belonging for All strategy and initiatives.
- Lead three of six advisory councils (African American, Asian American & Pacific Islander, Latinx, LGBTQ+, Women, and We Are AMC Allyship Program) to identify and execute initiatives that foster a culture of Belonging for All and support a talent pipeline prepared for the future of work.
- Actively participate in the development and execution of impactful learning events.
- Complete and create executive summaries for annual regulatory reports including EEO1, VETS-4212, and Affirmative Action.
- Market Belonging for All business impacts to executive sponsors, internal stakeholders, company shareholders, and potential applicants.
- Create and distribute inclusive internal communications to raise awareness of Belonging for All initiatives and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Serve as a resource for associates, providing advice and support on Belonging for All related issues and best practices.
What we need from you (minimum qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management or learning and development related roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Ability to communicate effectively and interact across different cultures.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly convey complex ideas tailored to various audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives and programs simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- High emotional intelligence to navigate sensitive conversations and build trust across multicultural groups.
- Proficiency in data analysis for evaluating Belonging for All initiatives, identifying trends, and recommending actions.
