
Manager, F&B Marketing
Job Summary
The Manager, F&B Marketing plays a pivotal role in leading the day to day marketing initiatives in the food & beverage category across AMC Theatres brands. This position is responsible for managing strategic partnerships, overseeing creative agency activities, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns and promotions. Additionally, the Manager collaborates closely with F&B Operations and external vendors to drive revenue through menu selections, promotions, and merchandising efforts.
This position is based in Leawood, KS and is not eligible for relocation.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and manage branding and marketing campaigns for food & beverage menus and products, including promotions and combos, with internal and external partners.
- Collaborate with F&B Operations and vendors on menu selections, promotions, research, positioning, testing, and financial models designed to drive F&B revenue.
- Develop and manage merchandising plans for packaging and display of food menu, including line items and ad pods for digital menu boards, website, and print.
- Manage technology promotions and visual displays of mobile ordering and F&B kiosks to drive F&B incidence and revenue.
- Solicit and manage co-op funding for menu promotions, while also handling reconciliation of invoices and budget management.
What we need from you:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field; or commensurate experience.
- 3+ years of marketing experience in client service or project management, managing multiple partners and projects; OR 3+ years of experience in marketing and branding within the food service or multi-unit restaurant industry.
- Understanding of marketing principles, consumer insights, and digital paid media platforms.
- Knowledge of the motion picture exhibition industry, entertainment, or related industry’s marketing challenges.
- Proven record of executing strategic marketing initiatives with a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships and cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Capability to analyze attendance and F&B revenue trends and translate analysis into future recommendations and forecasts.

- Entertainment or theatre exhibition experience.
- Food & beverage or retail packaging experience.
- Experience creating menu promotions designed to drive revenue.
- Merchandising, packaging, channel marketing experience.
- Proven ability to craft marketing briefs and plans, as well as exposure to budget/invoice/billing management.
- Experience with cost/benefit analysis to demonstrate ROI.
- Experience in project management/ownership.
- Strategic planning skills.
- Experience in planning and providing direction for photoshoots (food shoots, lifestyle/environment shoots).
