Job Summary

The Manager, Attendance Marketing drives incremental attendance and revenue through the development and execution of integrated, multichannel marketing campaigns. This fast-paced role leads promotional efforts that support film releases and company-branded initiatives across digital and paid channels. The position is responsible for campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis to achieve attendance goals while maintaining alignment with strategy and budget expectations.

This position is based in Leawood, KS and is not eligible for relocation.

What you will be doing:

  • Manages and executes integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive awareness, ticket sales, and attendance throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Develops campaign strategies and promotional plans in partnership with internal stakeholders to align with studio objectives and maximize performance.
  • Leads the planning, execution, and optimization of company-branded programs, ensuring consistent positioning and measurable results.
  • Provides strategic recommendations for film promotions across digital marketing channels based on performance data and audience insights.
  • Monitors campaign performance, prepares reporting analysis, and delivers actionable insights to improve future marketing effectiveness.
  • Oversees campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure initiatives launch on time and within financial expectations.
  • Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to coordinate campaign assets, messaging, and execution.
  • Analyzes data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and presents recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Maintains strong working relationships with partners to support successful campaign outcomes.
  • Manages multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience.
  • Experience executing strategic, multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of marketing channels, including website, mobile applications, email communications, social media, paid media, and promotional events.
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance, consumer insights, and return on investment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

What we also value (preferred):

  • Knowledge of the motion picture exhibition or entertainment industry.
  • Understanding of customer behavior throughout the entertainment experience lifecycle.
  • Experience with project management or collaboration tools and digital analytics platforms.
  • Experience managing marketing programs or promotional initiatives at scale.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, invoices, and financial tracking processes.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in business software applications for communication, presentations, and data analysis.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
