Job Summary

The Coordinator, Guest Communications supports the planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of guest communication campaigns across digital channels. This role helps ensure communications are accurately targeted, tested, scheduled, deployed, and measured while maintaining marketing calendars, supporting campaign operations, and providing administrative support for team initiatives and events.

This position is based in Leawood, KS and is not eligible for relocation.

What you will be doing:

  • Coordinate and execute guest communication campaigns across email, mobile messaging, and in-application channels.
  • Review support requests and manage campaign workflows to ensure timelines, deadlines, and deliverables are met.
  • Maintain the Digital Marketing Calendar and ensure marketing activities are accurately scheduled.
  • Support campaign planning, audience targeting, scheduling, testing, approvals, deployment, and performance reporting.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure campaigns are accurate, functional, and aligned with established standards.
  • Gather and organize campaign performance metrics and assist with reporting and analysis.
  • Partner with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and guest communication programs.
  • Coordinate administrative and operational support for marketing events, presentations, meetings, and team activities.
  • Identify and help resolve campaign issues to support successful execution.
  • Maintain documentation, processes, and records related to guest communications activities.
  • Support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

What we need from you:

  • 1+ year(s) professional work experience or internship experience, or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or a related area.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, including editing and proofreading.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business productivity tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Possess a professional demeanor and effectively interface with team members at all levels, as well as external customers and agency partners.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate a high level of initiative.
  • Generate creative ideas to support the strategic and tactical planning of business initiatives and events.

What we also value (preferred):

  • Associate’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Experience supporting email, mobile, or digital marketing campaigns.
  • General knowledge of marketing, digital communications, or guest engagement programs.
  • Interest in the entertainment, film, or consumer facing  industries.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
